WAVILAB RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All refund policies will be detailed in the terms and conditions of the invoices associated with the instrument's/item's sale.

Wavilab refuses without exception to ship instruments without full coverage freight or cargo insurance, covering no less than the purchase price of the instrument. There are no exceptions, regardless of whether the buyer or seller is responsible for freight expenses.

If buyer is unsatisfied with their purchase, please contact Wavilab immediately for an expeditious solution to the specific issue(s).

RESTOCKING FEES

Unless otherwise specified in the listing or invoice, returns or cancellations after 30 days of deposit or payment will not be granted in full for any reason unless otherwise specified and signed in legally binding documentation. Buyer is financially responsible for a restocking fee of total purchase price. This is in addition to shipping expenses, if applicable. Shipment of purchased units may be delayed until restocking fee payment is remitted. As expressly set forth herein, all returns are subject to a restocking fee/handling charge, subject to change at seller's discretion, of an estimated 20% of the total purchase price. Seller shall have no obligation to accept the return of the goods after specified warranty period, and Buyer shall remain liable for the entire purchase price of the product.
